Strawberry Glazed Pie

ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 tbs cornstarch

  • 1 cup water

  • ¼ cup strawberry-flavored gelatin

  • 2 cups strawberries, halved

  • 1 baked 9-inch pastry shell

  • Whipped cream

directions

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan; stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin. Cool. place strawberries in a cooled pastry shell. Pour glaze over berries. Refrigerate the pie before serving. Top with whipped cream.
