Scalloped Pineapple

ingredients
  • ½ cup butter, melted

  • 4 cups fresh bread cubes

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • ½ cup evaporated milk

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained

directions
  • Combine butter and bread cubes; mix well, and set aside

  • Combine eggs, sugar, and milk; beat with an electric mixer until blended. Add bread cube mixture and pineapple, stirring well. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 1 hour.
