Pineapple Cheese Ball

ingredients
  • 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbs finely chopped green pepper

  • 2 tbs finely chopped onion

  • ¼ cup drained crushed pineapple

  • 2 tsp seasoned salt

  • 2 cups chopped pecans, divided

  • Fresh fruit

directions

Beat cream cheese until smooth; add green pepper, onion, pineapple, seasoned salt, and 1 cup pecans, mixing well. Shape into a ball; roll in remaining pecans. Chill 1 to 2 hours; garnish with fresh fruit, and serve with assorted crackers.
