Homemade Chicken Soup
ingredients
6 nice-sized chicken breasts (with bones)
4 cup water
1 onion
2 stalks celery
Salt and pepper
directions
Cook approx 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove chicken and cool
Discard onion and celery; let the broth cool so fat can be skimmed off the top
Combine broth, chicken (cut in little pieces and bone discarded); 1 carrot cut into tiny pieces (microwave in a little bit of water for about 10 minutes to tenderize); fresh parsley chopped; about 1 cup noodles. Cook until noodles are tender. Add a little water if the broth is too strong.
