Creamed Spinach

ingredients
  • 2 packages of frozen chopped spinach

  • 1 8 oz package of cream cheese

  • ¼ cup butter

  • Parmesan cheese

directions

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and place in a casserole dish. In a separate pan, melt butter and cream cheese over low heat. Pour over spinach and blend in well; sprinkle Parm liberally over top. Bake in a covered dish at 350º for about 15 minutes or at least until heated through.
