Creamed Peas

ingredients
  • 1 can early sweet peas (drained)

  • 2 tbs- 3 tbs butter melted

  • 2 tbs flour

  • ½ cup milk

directions

Melt butter until almost brown. Add flour and stir until starts to brown. Slowly stir in milk, keeping it thick. Add peas and stir. If too thick add more milk, but don’t make it runny. Season with salt to taste
