Coffee Crunch Parfaits

ingredients
  • 1-quart coffee ice cream, slightly softened

  • 1 (2 ¼ oz) package silver almonds, chopped and toasted

  • 2 (⅞ oz) English toffee candy bars, crushed

  • ½ cup chocolate syrup

  • 1 (4 oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • 8 maraschino cherries with stems

directions
  • Spoon ¼ cup ice cream into each of eight 4-oz chilled parfait glasses; freeze 30 minutes. Layer ½ tbs each of almonds, crushed candy, and chocolate syrup. Repeat layers of ice cream, almonds, candy, and chocolate. Cover and freeze until firm.

  • Top each parfait with whipped topping and a cherry.
