Alabama White Sauce

ingredients

  • 4 cups mayo

  • 2 ½ cups cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 2 tbs kosher salt (heaping)

  • 2 tbs black pepper (heaping)

  • 1 ½  tsp cayenne pepper

directions

In a large bowl, add the cider vinegar to the mayo, followed by the Worcestershire and the spices. Stir to incorporate. Pour into bottle.
